Getting Started
How do I add an item? Tap scan and photograph your item. AI suggests a title, description, and category you can edit before saving to a project.
What are projects? Collections that keep related items together — an estate, a room, or items you're selling.
Does it sync across devices? Yes, your inventory backs up to the cloud and syncs when signed in.
AI Valuations
How accurate are valuations? AI estimates are informational only — not appraisals or financial/insurance/tax advice. Always verify important values with a professional.
Can I edit AI suggestions? Yes, everything is fully editable.
Selling on eBay
How do I list an item? Connect your eBay account, prepare a listing, review details, and publish. You're the seller of record.
eBay won't connect? Confirm correct credentials and approve the prompt; reconnect from Settings or email us.
Subscriptions & Billing
Manage/cancel? Billed through the App Store/Google Play — manage in your device's subscription settings.
Restore a purchase? Settings → Restore Purchases (same store account).
Promo code? Settings → Redeem a Code (case-insensitive).
Account & Data
Delete my data? Email support@legacyinventory.com from your account address.
Is my data secure? Industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. See our Privacy Policy.
